I once shared how I use multi-grain wraps for homemade pizza (see Homemade Thin Crust Pizza) so now I want to share with you my recent find: Wholemeal Pizza Bases! I found them at the supermarket a few weeks back and was able to try it.
The wholemeal pizza base was a bit fluffy and thicker than the multi-grain wrap. It also has a bigger diameter. Thicker and bigger means more pizza toppings.
Once baked, the base becomes thin and crunchy. Perfect for making thin crust pizzas at home!
