This is probably one of the easiest meals to prepare.

Barbeque Chops:
- Sprinkle garlic salt on the barbecue chops and place on an oven tray.
- Leave it for 15 minutes.
- Pour 2-3 spoons of olive oil.
- Pour half a cup of water to avoid dryness of meat.
- Oven-grill at 180-200 degrees for 40 minutes on each side.
Gravy:
- Boil 3 tablespoons of Gravox Traditional Powder in 250ml water.
- Mix in 2 tablespoons of butter/margarine and 3 tablespoons of red wine.
- Stir for a few minutes until smooth.
